Passi City College persists to be the CENTER OF HOPE. Today, the college serves not only its constituents in Passi but also its neighboring towns particularly San Enrique, Dueñas, Calinog and Dumarao, Capiz. She will continue to provide quality and affordable tertiary education to the youth and mould them to become productive and globally competitive citizens.
